PLAYAWAY Launchpads
Pre-loaded Learning Tablets for use in the Decatur Public Library!
Playaway Launchpads are learning tablets preloaded with apps and games, comics, and videos that can be accessed anytime, anywhere, no wi-fi needed.
Each tablet is designed for a certain age range and focuses on particular subject categories -- including reading, science, math, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Browse the Launchpad listings. If the card is in the pocket, bring it to the Children’s Desk to borrow that Launchpad for use in the library only. Please leave an adult’s library card or driver’s license, to be retrieved when the Launchpad is returned.
Please use earbuds with the Launchpad in the library. You may use your own, or purchase from the reference desks for $1.
