Flowers Above ... Worms Below
Come learn about native plant species, plant some seeds, and meet some earthworms! For kids in (or entering) 3rd through 6th grade
Kids, join us on Wednesday, June 12, from 6 to 7 p.m. Children will discover why native plant species are a perfect formula for success, and how they can help nature to recover. They'll plant some seeds, meet some helpful earthworms, and take home a live prairie plant.
The program will be led by Master Naturalist Jeff Tish, retired from the Macon County Conservation District.
