Healthy Living During Isolation

The best way to boost your immunity (and sanity!) is to live our healthiest lives. Being healthy is not about diet. It's about finding balance. Right now we need to do everything we can to maintain optimal health so our immune system can do what it needs to do.

Over the next few weeks, the library will provide a video series on Healthy Living During Isolation. This will include areas of mental health, exercise and nutrition. Our contributors will be people in our local community who have a passion and drive for helping our community stay healthy in all aspects of their life.

Along with the video series, we will provide e-resources that you can check out and utilize from your home.
