School-Age Art Workshop: Northern Lights Skyscapes

Join us for these guided art workshops for elementary-school kids, ages 6-12, presented by staff from the Decatur Area Arts Council. Each will focus on learning special techniques for creating your own art that you can take home from the program. (The themes are the same as the preschool art workshops, but more in-depth and detailed.)

Northern Lights Skyscapes! We will look to the beauty of the Northern Lights in the night sky for inspiration for this project in oil pastels.

Plan to wear "paint clothes" -- clothes you don't mind getting a little messy. All programs will be upstairs in the Children's Auditorium. Workshops are 90 minutes in length.
