Do you like visiting the Scovill Zoo to see the amazing animals? You'll LOVE the chance to get up close and learn about some of them in these summer programs at the library, all presented by staff from the Scovill Zoo.

Animal Senses (for Elementary Grades) -- Monday, July 1, 11:00 a.m.- 11:45 a.m. -- Children's Auditorium
Zoo staff will present selected animals one at a time so kids can learn, discuss, and possibly touch, as they learn about how animals sense the world around them. This program is for school-aged kids, 6 years old and up.
Space is limited, so advance registration is required. If you register and find your child cannot attend, please let us know so we can open that spot up to another family. You may call the Children's Desk at 217-424-2900 ext. 5, or email us at kiddesk@decaturlibrary.org.
