This very basic computer session focuses on the basics of computers and computer related problems. Bring your email, internet, and laptop questions. Learn what to look for when purchasing a computer and seeking help for repairs. We discuss basic computer terminology, functions and components of a computer system. We will explore the functions of a web browser as we search and navigate World Wide Web sites, including the Decatur Public Library's homepage. We will explore the address bar and other search tools used in searching the Internet. We will explore how to open, print or save a document from the Internet or other online services. We will explore the free Microsoft tutoring options.
