This is a stylish, character driven piece that has excellent lead performances from Anya Taylor-Joy and Olivia Cooke, while Thoroughbreds also features one of the final appearances from the late Anton Yelchin. A dark look inside high society sociopathy, Thoroughbreds is rated R for disturbing behavior, bloody images, language, sexual references, and some drug content.
