Decatur Area Poets

Decatur Area Poets (DAP) exists to create, share and kindly critique original works by local writers of poetry, essays, short stories and spoken word. Interested writers at any level of experience are welcome to join. We are open to learning different genres and forms of writing and presenting material. DAP is dedicated to engaging our community in both the written and spoken arts.
