Students 4th grade & up, would you like to have a book discussion with a friendly border collie named Lady Mary? Join Lady Mary and educator Kim Schwalbach from PUPS (People Understanding Pets) as you discuss the book Pax by Sarah Pennypacker.
The discussion will take place over four sessions, Mondays October 17, 24, November 7, 14, 6 - 7 pm each evening. Each participant will receive a free copy of the book to keep.
Space is limited. Advance registration required. Participants are registering to attend all four sessions. After registration, come to the Children's Desk at the Decatur Public Library to pick up your copy of the book and the first set of discussion questions.
The program will be led by Humane Educator Kim Schwalbach from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation.
