We thought it'd be fun to celebrate Earth Day with some art.

What better way to do just that and stay at home than to create a recycled art project, with what you can find at home? Gather those old paper rolls and milk cartons, along with the left-over pieces of construction paper, fuzzy sticks and crafting supplies, then let your creativity run wild! Discover what amazing things you and your family can come up with using those miscellaneous pieces from past projects. It's almost like having a Bad Art night at home!

We'll be creating and sharing our work to Facebook and on the Decatur Public Library website, so we can see what our amazing community came up with! Share your projects to the DPL Facebook page on Earth Day, April 22nd or send them to us at info@decaturlibrary.org (just be sure to include that it's for the Recycled Art Day).
